Stockholm University acquires new research vessel for Askö Laboratory

Starting this summer, a new research vessel will replace the Askö Laboratory's faithful servant R / V Limanda. This new, 15 meter long catamaran has previously been used for sampling and will be used for expeditions in Askö's surroundings.
At Askö Laboratories, there are several boats and ships that enable broad research in a large geographical area. They are used both for research, education and marine environmental monitoring, but also for transporting people to and from the island.
